Review: i got my website done with this company back 2023. it was working perfectly fine until 3 weeks ago. i am not able to access to the my website and it is all for my work! i tried to contact to this company again and their all phones are disconnected even their emails!i did some search and reach out the server hosting company where they use. i was told they haven’t paid the monthly server fee for 2 months and if i pay it which is $628 i would be able to use my website again. i told them it is my website the domain is under my name and using this website for my business but at the end they want me to bring court order to prove they is my website! i am trying to reach out this thief’s to get my website back. if someone knows how to reach them out please let me know.

UPDATE: finally i got an email and was saying they can help me but i need to pay ONE TIME FEE which is i paid and got an project completion document is saying “ As your project has been completed, kindly provide us with your approval by signing this document in order for us to hand over all the source files and credentials to you.” but Frank who emailed me asking another $1000 to give me my source files and credentials. i attach the conversations here. my next destination will be a court to sue this thiefs and get my all money back what paid.
